Skills Required

Analysis and Solution Definition

• Develops a keen understanding of client's domain, including direction, structure, requirements, and technological impact
• Analyzes client's industry and competitive position
• Documents and analyzes required information and data
• Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
• Models business process requirements using BPEL and/or other tools

Technical Recommendation and Testing

• Understands and is able to communicate technical design specifications
• Defines test conditions and requirements
• Develops and documents accurate and complete test plans including acceptance criteria
• Identifies and documents system deficiencies and ability to recommend solutions

Project Execution

• Promotes and assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
• Understands the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently
• Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas
• Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively

Qualification

• Bachelors in Business, IT or Engineering with relevant work experience
• Experience as Business Analyst with minimum of 4 years of experience
• Knowledge of SDLC
• In-depth practice of UML, RUP, Agile and other relevant software methodologies
• Passionate about Business Analysis

Candidates must be able and willing to travel (up to 25%) in the United States and Canada as needed.
